One roofing company per county

Exclusive roofing work from Facebook groups in your county

We join the neighborhood groups where homeowners ask for a roofer, watch them around the clock, and put your company in the thread before anyone else answers.

One average roof pays for ten months of exclusive coverage in your county.

Selective intake

We cannot take every company that applies.

Exclusivity

One company per trade per county. Signing a second roofer in the same county would put two of our clients in the same thread.

Capacity

Coverage runs on our own aged Facebook accounts, one county at a time. That capacity does not scale by turning a dial.

Fit

We only take companies that can call a homeowner back within the hour. If you cannot, this channel works against you, and we will decline.

Most large metros in Florida, Texas, Arizona and Southern California are already committed. In those markets you are applying for the next opening, and we do not put a date on that.

Applying is not a purchase and it does not reserve anything. We decline most applications, usually because the trade in that county is already committed or the company cannot get back to a homeowner fast enough for this to work.

Committed markets include Florida, Texas, Arizona, Southern California. One company per trade per county, for as long as they remain a client.

Why roofers in particular

The thread is the shortlist

Roofing is the trade where Facebook groups beat every paid channel, and it comes down to timing. A homeowner does not shop for a roof the way they shop for a couch. Something happens first: a storm goes through, a ceiling stain appears, an inspector flags the shingles during a sale. Then they need a name, and they need it today. The fastest place to get one is the group they already scroll every morning.

The thread that follows is short and it is decisive. One person asks, four or five neighbors answer with a company they used, and the homeowner calls the first two names that got a positive reply. Nobody opens a fifth tab. That is the whole competition, and it is usually over in under an hour. Our job is to make sure your company is one of those first two names, in every group in your county, every single day.

What homeowners actually write

Four ways a roofing request shows up

They do not all convert the same way, and they do not all need the same reply. Knowing which is which is most of the job.

01

The storm follow-up

Posted within days of hail or high wind, usually mentioning an insurance adjuster. These homeowners are pre-qualified because the claim is already open, and they want someone who has handled a claim before.

02

The leak

A stain on the ceiling or a drip during the last rain. Urgent, emotional, and almost always awarded to whoever can be on the roof soonest. Price barely comes up.

03

The inspection flag

A home sale is under contract and the roof came back with five years of life left. There is a closing date, so the timeline is fixed and the buyer is motivated to move.

04

The financing question

Wording like "does anyone know a roofer who does payment plans" tells you the budget conversation is already open. If you offer financing, saying so in the first reply wins these outright.

The threads themselves

What we catch, and what we post underneath

Each of these is a pattern we see repeatedly in roofing threads. Company names are invented.

Summit Roofing does free estimates and handles the whole insurance side if hail did the damage. They also offer payment plans. Ask for Mike.

Woke up to a water stain in the guest room ceiling after last night. Need someone who can actually come out this week, not next month.

Call Summit Roofing. They do same-day calls for active leaks and patch flashing fast before the next storm rolls in. Local crew, not a call center.

Inspection came back saying our roof has about 5 years left and the buyer wants it replaced before closing. Who has done this quickly?

Summit Roofing is good on closing deadlines. They give the title company a written completion date and hit it.

Timing

Why speed decides roofing

Roofing threads collapse faster than almost any other trade. By the time a post is two hours old it usually has six to nine comments and the homeowner has already sent two messages. We flag the group the second the post goes up, so your name lands while the thread is still one or two comments deep. That position is worth more than any ad budget, because a neighbor recommendation carries trust that a sponsored post never will.

Seasonality

When your county gets busy

Volume is driven by weather, not by the calendar, which is why an annual average is misleading. A single hail event can produce more requests in four days than the preceding two months combined. We do not throttle during those spikes. If your county gets hit, the same team is watching the same groups, and the request volume you see that week is yours alone because nobody else in your trade is running in your territory.

The arithmetic

Does this pay in your county at your job value?

Every assumption is visible and adjustable. If it does not clear the bar, we would rather you knew now.

$12,400

Choose a county to see the arithmetic.

Before you enquire

Whether this fits your shop

This works if you can get an estimator out within a few days and someone answers your phone during business hours. If your schedule is booked eight weeks out and calls go to voicemail, the recommendation is wasted and we would rather tell you that now.

We would rather turn you down than take a fee for coverage you cannot convert. If the fit is wrong today, tell us what your constraints are and we will say honestly whether it is worth revisiting in six months.

Our guarantee: 20 qualified conversations in your first 90 days, or we keep working at no charge until you get them.

Roofing questions

Answered directly

How many roofing requests are actually posted in a county each month?

In a metro county of about 1.5 million people, we typically see 100 to 160 roofing requests a month across local Facebook groups. Smaller counties scale down proportionally. Storm months can double the figure for a few weeks, and those spikes are entirely yours under an exclusive territory.

Do these homeowners already have an insurance claim open?

Roughly a third do, and they say so in the post. Those threads are the most valuable because the funding question is settled and the homeowner just needs a contractor who has dealt with adjusters. We flag claim language so you know which calls to return first.

Will you work with another roofer in my county?

No. One roofing company per county, for as long as you are a client. We do not sign a second roofer in the same county at any price. That exclusivity is why intake is selective and why most applications are declined.

What happens during a hail event when volume triples?

Nothing changes on our side except workload. The same team watches the same groups and comments on every qualifying post. You will get a heads up from us when we see a storm cluster starting, so you can staff your phones before the requests arrive.
