One kitchen & bath remodeling company per county

Exclusive remodeling projects from Facebook groups in your county

Kitchen and bath projects begin as a question to neighbors months before anyone requests a quote. We make sure you are in that conversation early.

One kitchen project pays for close to two years of exclusive coverage in your county.

Selective intake

We cannot take every company that applies.

Exclusivity

One company per trade per county. Signing a second roofer in the same county would put two of our clients in the same thread.

Capacity

Coverage runs on our own aged Facebook accounts, one county at a time. That capacity does not scale by turning a dial.

Fit

We only take companies that can call a homeowner back within the hour. If you cannot, this channel works against you, and we will decline.

Most large metros in Florida, Texas, Arizona and Southern California are already committed. In those markets you are applying for the next opening, and we do not put a date on that.

Applying is not a purchase and it does not reserve anything. We decline most applications, usually because the trade in that county is already committed or the company cannot get back to a homeowner fast enough for this to work.

Committed markets include Florida, Texas, Arizona, Southern California. One company per trade per county, for as long as they remain a client.

Why remodelers in particular

The thread is the shortlist

Remodeling has the longest sales cycle and the largest ticket of anything we cover, and both facts make Facebook groups more valuable rather than less. A homeowner planning a kitchen does not start by requesting quotes. They start by asking their neighborhood group who did that beautiful renovation on the corner, and they start six months before a contract gets signed.

That head start is the entire advantage. By the time a remodeling project shows up in a paid lead marketplace, the homeowner has already been talking to two contractors for weeks and you are the late third bid whose job is to be cheaper. Getting named in the original group thread puts you in a completely different position: you are the recommendation the project was built around, and price becomes a conversation rather than a competition.

What homeowners actually write

Four ways a kitchen & bath remodeling request shows up

They do not all convert the same way, and they do not all need the same reply. Knowing which is which is most of the job.

01

The early-stage ask

Wording like "starting to think about redoing our kitchen next year". Low urgency, very high value, and almost nobody competes for these because they do not look like leads.

02

The photo request

A homeowner shares a photo of their dated bathroom and asks what it would take. These threads attract dozens of comments and stay visible for days.

03

The contractor rescue

A project has stalled or a contractor has gone quiet. Emotional, urgent, and the homeowner will pay a premium for someone who simply finishes the job properly.

04

The design and build question

Homeowners asking for someone who handles both design and installation rather than coordinating trades themselves. If you offer that, saying so directly wins the thread.

The threads themselves

What we catch, and what we post underneath

Each of these is a pattern we see repeatedly in kitchen & bath remodeling threads. Company names are invented.

Starting to plan a kitchen remodel for the spring. Looking for someone who handles design and install rather than us managing five different trades. Who have you used?

Keystone Kitchen & Bath handles design through install with one point of contact the whole way, and holds timelines within a week on projects like this.

Our contractor has ghosted us halfway through a bathroom. Tile is up, nothing else done. Does anyone take over jobs like this?

Keystone Kitchen & Bath took over a stalled bathroom job for a neighbor last year. They documented what was already done before touching anything, which mattered later.

Photo of our 1994 primary bath 😩 What would something like this realistically cost to bring up to date?

Keystone Kitchen & Bath gave a real range on the first visit for a nearly identical layout, instead of making anyone wait two weeks for a number.

Timing

Why speed decides kitchen & bath remodeling

Speed matters differently here. The homeowner is not hiring today, so being first is not about beating a phone call, it is about anchoring the shortlist. The first two or three companies named in an early-stage thread are the ones the homeowner writes down, and every later comment gets read as an also-ran. Six months later, when they are ready, they call the names from that original list.

Seasonality

When your county gets busy

Planning conversations cluster in January and February for spring starts, and again in late summer for projects people want finished before the holidays. Kitchen requests in particular surge in the weeks after Thanksgiving, when a lot of people have just cooked for twelve in a kitchen they hate. We lean into those windows because that is when the highest-value threads appear.

The arithmetic

Does this pay in your county at your job value?

Every assumption is visible and adjustable. If it does not clear the bar, we would rather you knew now.

Before you enquire

Whether this fits your shop

You need a portfolio you can point to and a realistic lead time. Remodeling homeowners do more due diligence than any other trade, so if your photos and reviews are thin, the recommendation gets checked and does not survive.

We would rather turn you down than take a fee for coverage you cannot convert. If the fit is wrong today, tell us what your constraints are and we will say honestly whether it is worth revisiting in six months.

Our guarantee: 20 qualified conversations in your first 90 days, or we keep working at no charge until you get them.

Kitchen & Bath Remodeling questions

Answered directly

How many remodeling requests appear in a county each month?

Remodeling volume is lower than the service trades but each request is worth far more. A metro county of about 1.5 million people produces roughly 75 to 115 requests a month, weighted toward early-stage planning conversations rather than ready-to-sign projects.

These homeowners are months away from buying. Is that a problem?

It is the advantage. Being named early puts you on the shortlist the project gets built around, instead of arriving as the third bid months later. Our clients track these as a pipeline and follow up on a cadence rather than expecting a same-week close.

How is this different from a remodeling lead marketplace?

A marketplace sells the same project to three or four contractors, and by then the homeowner has already been talking to someone. Here the request is exclusive to you, it comes with a neighbor vouching publicly, and you reach it before it becomes a bidding situation.

Do you handle the follow-up with these homeowners?

We handle the group conversation and pass you the contact with full context, including the thread. Long-cycle follow-up stays with you because it is a design and trust conversation that has to come from your team, not from us.
