Starting to plan a kitchen remodel for the spring. Looking for someone who handles design and install rather than us managing five different trades. Who have you used?

Suffolk County has around 1,535,909 residents in roughly 602k households, spread across an estimated 680+ local Facebook groups. We expect somewhere between 160 and 250 homeowners a month to ask those groups for remodelers.
We join the groups, watch them around the clock, and post a recommendation naming your company when one of those requests goes up. One kitchen & bath remodeling company in this county. If it is you, it is nobody else.
Estimated from this county's household count and the request rates we see across the counties we already monitor. We hand-verify the exact numbers for your county and send them to you within 24 hours, before you pay anything.
Selective intake
We cannot take every company that applies.
Exclusivity
One company per trade per county. Signing a second roofer in the same county would put two of our clients in the same thread.
Capacity
Coverage runs on our own aged Facebook accounts, one county at a time. That capacity does not scale by turning a dial.
Fit
We only take companies that can call a homeowner back within the hour. If you cannot, this channel works against you, and we will decline.
Most large metros in Florida, Texas, Arizona and Southern California are already committed. In those markets you are applying for the next opening, and we do not put a date on that.
If kitchen & bath remodeling in Suffolk County is already committed, you are applying for the next opening there.
Applying is not a purchase and it does not reserve anything. We decline most applications, usually because the trade in that county is already committed or the company cannot get back to a homeowner fast enough for this to work.
Committed markets include Florida, Texas, Arizona, Southern California. One company per trade per county, for as long as they remain a client.

These figures come from the county's Census household count and the request rates we see for remodelers elsewhere. They are estimates, and we verify the real numbers by hand before you commit to anything.

~231
The private groups tied to a specific development or street grid. Highest trust, hardest to get into, and the ones most competitors never reach.
Town and city pages
~143
Large public groups covering a whole municipality. High volume, high visibility, and where most storm and outage discussion concentrates.
Recommendation and referral groups
~122
Groups that exist purely for asking who to hire. Almost every post is a buying signal, which makes these the densest source of work in the county.
Buy, sell and trade groups
~95
Nominally for selling furniture, but service requests appear constantly because membership is enormous and local.
Parenting and community groups
~89
Family and community groups where home service questions come up alongside everything else. Strong response rates because members reply to each other readily.
The requests
These are the patterns we watch for, with the reply we would post under each one. Names are invented, the phrasing is not.

Our contractor has ghosted us halfway through a bathroom. Tile is up, nothing else done. Does anyone take over jobs like this?

Photo of our 1994 primary bath 😩 What would something like this realistically cost to bring up to date?

Timing
Speed matters differently here. The homeowner is not hiring today, so being first is not about beating a phone call, it is about anchoring the shortlist. The first two or three companies named in an early-stage thread are the ones the homeowner writes down, and every later comment gets read as an also-ran. Six months later, when they are ready, they call the names from that original list.
Seasonality
Planning conversations cluster in January and February for spring starts, and again in late summer for projects people want finished before the holidays. Kitchen requests in particular surge in the weeks after Thanksgiving, when a lot of people have just cooked for twelve in a kitchen they hate. We lean into those windows because that is when the highest-value threads appear.
Suffolk questions
Applying is not a purchase and it does not reserve anything. We decline most applications, usually because the trade in that county is already committed or the company cannot get back to a homeowner fast enough for this to work. If kitchen & bath remodeling in Suffolk is already committed, you are applying for the next opening there, not an immediate slot. Most large metros in Florida, Texas, Arizona and Southern California are already committed. In those markets you are applying for the next opening, and we do not put a date on that.
They are modelled, not counted. We take the Census household count for Suffolk County and apply the group density and kitchen & bath remodeling request rates we observe in the counties we already run. We then verify the real figures for this county and emails them to you within 24 hours, before you pay anything.
$1,200 a month plus a $ 1,500 one-time setup fee, on a three month initial term. At a $28,000 average job, one job covers roughly 23 months of coverage. 20 qualified conversations in your first 90 days, or we keep working at no charge until you get them.
Remodeling volume is lower than the service trades but each request is worth far more. A metro county of about 1.5 million people produces roughly 75 to 115 requests a month, weighted toward early-stage planning conversations rather than ready-to-sign projects.
It is the advantage. Being named early puts you on the shortlist the project gets built around, instead of arriving as the third bid months later. Our clients track these as a pipeline and follow up on a cadence rather than expecting a same-week close.
One kitchen & bath remodeling company per county. We reply either way, usually within a week. Most applications are declined.
