AC just died and it is 108 outside. Two kids in the house. Who can actually come out today? Not looking for a big chain.

One hvac company per county
Homeowners ask their neighbors for an AC company before they ever open Google. We make sure your name is the one sitting in that thread.
One system replacement pays for seven months of exclusive coverage in your county.
Selective intake
We cannot take every company that applies.
Exclusivity
One company per trade per county. Signing a second roofer in the same county would put two of our clients in the same thread.
Capacity
Coverage runs on our own aged Facebook accounts, one county at a time. That capacity does not scale by turning a dial.
Fit
We only take companies that can call a homeowner back within the hour. If you cannot, this channel works against you, and we will decline.
Most large metros in Florida, Texas, Arizona and Southern California are already committed. In those markets you are applying for the next opening, and we do not put a date on that.
Applying is not a purchase and it does not reserve anything. We decline most applications, usually because the trade in that county is already committed or the company cannot get back to a homeowner fast enough for this to work.
Committed markets include Florida, Texas, Arizona, Southern California. One company per trade per county, for as long as they remain a client.
Why HVAC companies in particular
HVAC has the highest request volume of any home trade we monitor, and the reason is simple: everyone has a system, every system fails, and failure is never convenient. A unit dies at four in the afternoon in August and the homeowner is not researching. They are posting in the neighborhood group asking who came out fast and did not gouge them.
What makes this trade different from roofing is repeat value. The homeowner who found you through a summer emergency call becomes a maintenance plan, then a full replacement three years later, then a referral to their sister across town. A single well-timed comment in a Facebook group can be worth far more than the ticket it produced, and none of that shows up in a cost-per-lead spreadsheet.
What homeowners actually write
They do not all convert the same way, and they do not all need the same reply. Knowing which is which is most of the job.
01
The August emergency
Wording like "AC just quit and it is 94 in the house". These convert at the highest rate of anything we see because the homeowner will hire whoever answers first, and they will remember you for it.
02
The replacement research post
A homeowner has been quoted for a new system and wants a second opinion on price or brand. Naming a tonnage or a brand in the post is the tell. These are five-figure tickets and they shop two or three companies.
03
The bad-experience rebound
Someone had a company out, did not trust the diagnosis, and is asking for an honest second look. Trust is the whole purchase criterion here, which is exactly what a neighbor recommendation supplies.
04
The new homeowner
Just moved in, wants a maintenance company on the calendar. Low urgency, low ticket, high lifetime value. Worth answering every time.
The threads themselves
Each of these is a pattern we see repeatedly in hvac threads. Company names are invented.

I need to replace my 4 ton unit. Got one quote at $14k which feels high. Who did yours and were you happy?

Had a company tell me my compressor is shot and I need a whole new system. Would like an honest second opinion before I spend that.

Timing
On an emergency post in July, the difference between commenting in two minutes and commenting in two hours is the difference between the job and nothing. The homeowner has already called two of the earlier names by the time a slow reply appears. Our team runs overnight and through weekends specifically because that is when systems fail and when your competitors are not watching.
Seasonality
The first genuinely hot week of the year and the first hard freeze are the two biggest days on the HVAC calendar, and they produce a wall of posts within hours. We watch the forecast in your county and warn you a few days ahead. Shoulder seasons shift toward maintenance plans and replacement research, which is the right time to be capturing the five-figure tickets that install in spring.
The arithmetic
Every assumption is visible and adjustable. If it does not clear the bar, we would rather you knew now.
Choose a county to see the arithmetic.
Before you enquire
You need after-hours dispatch, or at least someone who returns a missed call within the hour. An emergency recommendation that reaches voicemail is worse than no recommendation, because the homeowner tells the group you never called back.
We would rather turn you down than take a fee for coverage you cannot convert. If the fit is wrong today, tell us what your constraints are and we will say honestly whether it is worth revisiting in six months.
Our guarantee: 20 qualified conversations in your first 90 days, or we keep working at no charge until you get them.
HVAC questions
HVAC is the highest volume trade we track. A metro county of about 1.5 million people generates roughly 145 to 220 requests a month across local groups. Summer and the first freeze produce sharp spikes well above that average, and under an exclusive territory every one of them is yours.
The mix runs about two thirds service and repair, one third replacement research. The service calls are lower ticket but they feed maintenance plans and future system sales. The replacement posts are where the five-figure jobs come from, and those homeowners are actively comparing two or three companies.
Practically, yes. A large share of HVAC posts go up in the evening or on a weekend because that is when people notice the house is not cooling. If nobody answers until Monday, the homeowner has already hired someone else and said so publicly in the thread.
Yes. Many HVAC clients run two adjoining counties because service radius supports it. The second county is included on the Local plus Presence plan, or added to the base plan at a reduced rate. Both counties stay exclusive to you.
