Roofing threads collapse faster than almost any other trade. By the time a post is two hours old it usually has six to nine comments and the homeowner has already sent two messages. We flag the group the second the post goes up, so your name lands while the thread is still one or two comments deep. That position is worth more than any ad budget, because a neighbor recommendation carries trust that a sponsored post never will.
Seasonality
Volume is driven by weather, not by the calendar, which is why an annual average is misleading. A single hail event can produce more requests in four days than the preceding two months combined.
