Termites found during our inspection and we close in three weeks. Who do you trust for treatment and the clearance letter?

One pest control company per county
Termite findings and infestation posts spike hard and get answered fast. We answer them for you and build your recurring book.
Around twenty-five recurring plans a month pay for exclusive coverage in your county.
Selective intake
We cannot take every company that applies.
Exclusivity
One company per trade per county. Signing a second roofer in the same county would put two of our clients in the same thread.
Capacity
Coverage runs on our own aged Facebook accounts, one county at a time. That capacity does not scale by turning a dial.
Fit
We only take companies that can call a homeowner back within the hour. If you cannot, this channel works against you, and we will decline.
Most large metros in Florida, Texas, Arizona and Southern California are already committed. In those markets you are applying for the next opening, and we do not put a date on that.
Applying is not a purchase and it does not reserve anything. We decline most applications, usually because the trade in that county is already committed or the company cannot get back to a homeowner fast enough for this to work.
Committed markets include Florida, Texas, Arizona, Southern California. One company per trade per county, for as long as they remain a client.
Why pest control companies in particular
Pest control has the smallest ticket of anything we cover and, on paper, the hardest case to make. It works anyway, for one reason: almost every job turns into a recurring plan. A one-off treatment worth a few hundred dollars becomes an annual contract, and the customer acquisition cost stops mattering after the second renewal.
The posting volume also runs higher than most people expect. Pests are visible, alarming, and slightly embarrassing, which is exactly the combination that makes people ask a group rather than search. And because the posts are emotional, the first genuinely reassuring reply carries a lot of weight.
What homeowners actually write
They do not all convert the same way, and they do not all need the same reply. Knowing which is which is most of the job.
01
The inspection finding
Termites or wood-destroying organisms flagged during a home sale. There is a closing date, the work is required, and the buyer needs it resolved quickly.
02
The sighting
Roaches, rodents, or a wasp nest. Emotional, urgent, and awarded to whoever sounds calm and can come out soonest.
03
The seasonal swarm
Termite swarms and ant seasons produce a wall of near-identical posts across every group in the county within a few days. Volume here can carry a whole quarter.
04
The plan shopper
Homeowners unhappy with their current provider asking for alternatives. These are the highest value posts in the trade because they arrive pre-sold on recurring service.
The threads themselves
Each of these is a pattern we see repeatedly in pest control threads. Company names are invented.

Saw a mouse in the kitchen last night and I have not slept since. Please tell me someone good can come out this week.

Our current pest company keeps missing appointments and the ants are back. Who else is worth switching to?

Timing
Someone who just saw a rodent in their kitchen wants an answer immediately, and they will take the first company that sounds competent and available. Beyond the individual job, speed compounds here: pest control threads get a lot of me-too replies from other neighbors with the same problem, so an early comment often produces several customers from one post.
Seasonality
Termite swarm season is the single biggest event in this trade and it is geographically predictable, running spring through early summer in most of the country. Ant season overlaps it. Rodent posts climb sharply with the first cold weather as they move indoors. Mosquito service tracks rainfall. We shift priority in your county as each of these opens.
The arithmetic
Every assumption is visible and adjustable. If it does not clear the bar, we would rather you knew now.
Choose a county to see the arithmetic.
Before you enquire
This only works if you sell recurring plans. If you are purely transactional one-off treatments, the ticket size will not support exclusive county coverage and we will say so before you sign anything.
We would rather turn you down than take a fee for coverage you cannot convert. If the fit is wrong today, tell us what your constraints are and we will say honestly whether it is worth revisiting in six months.
Our guarantee: 20 qualified conversations in your first 90 days, or we keep working at no charge until you get them.
Pest Control questions
Higher than most people expect, at roughly 125 to 190 a month in a metro county of about 1.5 million people. Termite swarm season and the first cold snap produce concentrated surges well above that baseline, spread across every group in the county.
Through recurring plans rather than single treatments. At typical plan values, roughly twenty-five new recurring customers a month covers the programme, and the volume in most metro counties supports more than that. Renewals mean year two costs you nothing to keep.
Frequently. Pest threads attract other neighbors saying they have the same problem, so an early, helpful comment gets seen by several people who are all currently motivated. It is the one trade where a single reply regularly produces multiple calls.
Honestly, no. Without recurring plans the ticket size does not support exclusive county coverage, and you would be better served spending that budget elsewhere. We will tell you this on the call rather than after you have signed.
