Agreement

By using Otomizer (extension, dashboard, or related services), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@otomizer.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

• No spam, bulk unsolicited comments, or deceptive posts.
• No impersonation of other people or brands.
• Respect Facebook's Terms of Service and Community Standards. You are responsible for how you use Facebook.
• No attempts to bypass rate limits, safety controls, or access restrictions we set.
• No illegal content or harassment through replies generated or sent via Otomizer.

Payments

Paid plans renew on the billing cycle you select unless canceled. Taxes may apply. Failed payments may suspend features until resolved. Pricing, including how and when it may change, is governed by the "Pricing changes and promotional offers" section below.

Pricing changes and promotional offers

We set and may change our prices, plans, fees, and packaging at any time, at our sole discretion. Except where prohibited by applicable law, we are under no obligation to maintain any particular price, plan, or feature set.

Any price we offer or quote to you, whether public, promotional, introductory, discounted, custom, negotiated, or communicated by email, chat, direct message, phone, proposal, invoice, or otherwise, is a revocable offer for a specific plan and time period. It is not a permanent, lifetime, or locked-in rate, and it does not create a right to that price in the future, unless we state in writing (signed by us) that the rate is "lifetime" or "locked." A price offered as part of a promotion or negotiation may later be increased or decreased, in line with the notice terms below.

Promotional, introductory, trial, and discounted prices apply only for the offer period stated at the time you accept them. When that period ends, or if the promotion is withdrawn, your plan renews at our then-current standard price for that plan unless we agree otherwise in writing. Coupons, discounts, credits, and special offers may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

We have no obligation to honor, match, extend, reinstate, or grandfather any past, expired, promotional, mistaken, or competitor price, and we do not guarantee that any current price will remain available.

For recurring subscriptions, a price change takes effect on your next billing cycle after the change. Where required by law, we will give you advance notice of a price increase before it applies. Your continued use of the service or payment after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price. If you do not agree to a new price, your only remedy is to cancel before the change takes effect, as described in the "Cancellation" section.

Custom, enterprise, white-label, or reseller pricing is governed by the separate written order form or agreement covering that arrangement, and that document controls to the extent it conflicts with this section. We may correct any pricing, typographic, or billing error, including after an order is placed.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from the dashboard or by contacting support. Access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated in your plan.

Intellectual property

Otomizer software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for your internal business purposes while your subscription is active.

You retain rights to content you create. You grant us a license to process post text and your settings solely to operate the service.

White-label and reseller arrangements

White-label, reseller, agency, and similar arrangements (reselling, rebranding, or providing Otomizer to your own clients) are not available by default. They are permitted only where we approve them in advance and in writing under a separate order form or reseller agreement. We may decline, condition, or revoke approval at our discretion, and any such arrangement is subject to these terms unless the written agreement expressly says otherwise, in which case that agreement controls for the conflicting part.

If you are approved, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to resell or provide access to the service under the branding we permit, for the term of the arrangement only. Any use of our name, logos, or trademarks is only as expressly authorized in writing, and all goodwill from that use belongs to us. Removing, obscuring, or altering required attributions, security controls, or platform notices is not permitted except as we explicitly allow.

You are solely responsible for your clients and end users, including their onboarding, support, billing, pricing, refunds, and conduct. You must pass through terms at least as protective as these (including the Acceptable use section and compliance with Facebook's Terms of Service), and you remain responsible for their compliance. You are not our agent or partner, and you may not make any representation, warranty, or commitment on our behalf.

Fees payable to us for a white-label or reseller arrangement are set in the applicable order form and remain subject to the "Pricing changes and promotional offers" section. The price you charge your own clients is your decision and your responsibility. You will indemnify us for claims arising from your resale, rebranding, marketing, or your clients' use of the service. On termination of the arrangement or these terms, your right to resell, rebrand, or use our marks ends immediately, and you must stop representing any affiliation with Otomizer.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific lead volume, revenue, or Facebook account outcomes. AI-generated drafts may contain errors. Review content before posting.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Otomizer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or account access on third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, risk to other users, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Delaware, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
