Overview

Otomizer ("we", "us") provides a Chrome extension and web dashboard that help you monitor Facebook groups and draft replies. This policy explains what we collect, what we do not collect, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account data: email, name, billing details when you subscribe, and settings you choose in the dashboard.
• Facebook group metadata: group names and IDs for groups you choose to monitor, membership status, and sync timestamps.
• Post content needed to operate: text from posts in monitored groups that match your filters, plus scores and draft replies we generate for those posts.
• Usage data: feature usage, errors, and performance logs to keep the service reliable.
• Extension telemetry: basic health signals from the Chrome extension (for example, sync success or failure).

What we do not collect

• Your Facebook password (you log in directly on Facebook).
• Private messages (DMs) unless you explicitly connect a future feature that says otherwise.
• Posts outside groups you have selected to monitor.
• Contents of unrelated tabs or sites while the extension is installed.

How we use data

We use collected data to score posts, draft replies, enforce safety limits, bill your plan, improve the product, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.

Third parties

• LLM providers: post text and prompts may be sent to AI providers to generate scores and drafts under our agreements.
• Hosting and analytics: infrastructure vendors that process data on our behalf under confidentiality terms.
• Payment processors: handle subscription charges; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Data retention

We keep account and operational data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation to meet legal and billing needs. You may request deletion subject to limits below.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to opt out of certain processing. Email privacy@otomizer.com and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method is 100% secure; report concerns to privacy@otomizer.com.

Children

Otomizer is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new date at the top. Material changes may be emailed to account holders.
