Install and trial
You can explore plans on our pricing page before subscribing. If a paid trial is offered on your plan, cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Monthly subscriptions
If you are unhappy with a monthly plan, email support@otomizer.com within 7 days of your first charge for that plan. We will refund that charge if you have not used more than 10% of your monthly AI reply allowance for that billing period.
After 7 days, monthly fees are non-refundable for the current period, but you can cancel so you are not charged again.
Yearly subscriptions
Yearly plans may be refunded on a prorated basis if you cancel within 30 days of purchase and have used less than 10% of your yearly reply allowance. After 30 days, we do not refund unused months unless required by law.
How to request a refund
- Email support@otomizer.com from your account email.
- Include your account email, plan name, and charge date.
- We confirm eligibility within 3 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Exceptions
Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension. Abuse of refund requests (for example, repeated sign-up and refund cycles) may be denied.
